Dawn Harms

Dawn Harms is a principal at Space Architectures LLC, leveraging 30 years of executive experience in the satellite and launch industries to provide technical and business advisement across the space sector. Dawn previously served as Chief Revenue Officer and Interim CEO at Momentus Inc, guiding the company through its public transition in 2021, and held senior leadership roles at Boeing Satellite Systems International and Space Systems Loral (now Maxar), where she led the capture of commercial contracts valued at multiple billions of dollars. Earlier in her career, Dawn worked as an engineer and production director at Teledyne MEC, designing and developing satellite communications hardware. She serves on advisory boards for leading universities, has long participated on boards of public and private space companies, and, as Chairwoman Emeritus of Space and Satellite Professionals International.

Dawn was named Mentor of the Year in 2020 for her dedication to mentoring women in business and engineering. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
