Larry Rubin is a seasoned space program executive with over 40 years of leadership in spacecraft development, operations, and business transformation. He brings deep expertise in systems engineering, operations, business development, strategic sourcing, and program management for both government and commercial customers worldwide. Larry advances strategies for access to space, system architecture, product development, integration, and market competitiveness. He co-founded SpaceLink, and as Chief Operating Officer led operations, program management, supply chain, security, and IT. Previously, Larry held senior executive roles at Space Systems Loral (a Maxar company), directing more than 20 successful satellite programs from concept to delivery. He also led numerous advanced programs and business development efforts to capture over $3 billion of new business.. Earlier, he led systems engineering at Hughes Space & Communications (now Boeing) and managed satellite acquisition for the Galaxy programs at Hughes Communications, Inc.

Larry holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of Michigan and completed the Management Development Program at UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management. He was awarded the NASA Exceptional Public Service Medal for his leadership of the Galileo Jupiter Probe team.
